govern your use of our services, website, promotions, memberships, and special offers. By accessing or using our services or website, or by purchasing or participating in any of our promotions or memberships, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Appointments are required for all treatments and consultations. We ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment times or the necessity to reschedule your appointment to maintain punctuality for other clients. Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to comply may result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booked service.
Payments for all services,products, memberships, and packages must be made at the time of service. We accept major credit and debit cards, and cash. All service and product purchases are final. In rare cases and at our sole discretion, service credits or exchanges may be offered.
Me:So Medspa utilizesadvanced techniques and
equipment. Individual results vary significantly based on skin type, lifestyle, adherence to aftercare, and overall health. We strive for the best outcomes but cannot guarantee specific results.
Membership offers exclusivediscounts, priority booking, special promotions, and other benefits. Members are responsible for monthly fees, paid automatically via credit or debit card. Membership requires a minimum commitment period (e.g., 6 or 12 months) as agreed at sign-up. Membership benefits cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated. Early termination of membership may incur fees as detailed in your membership agreement.
Promotionsand special offers are valid only during specified promotional periods. These must be redeemed according to the terms stated in the promotional materials. Gift cards and promotional credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be presented at the time of redemption. Me:So Medspa reserves the right to limit or discontinue promotions at any time.
